Bologna, Italy, September 21, 2018 – Brazil have never lost to Australia in world level tournaments and are seeking for their second win against them in the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship.
Head-to-Head
• The only previous world Championship meeting between these nations was in 2006, when Brazil won 3-0.
• Brazil have also won all other nine matches at world level major tournaments, losing a total of three sets combined.
• World level major tournaments are Nations League, Olympic Games, World Championship, World Cup, World League and Grand Champions Cup.
• At the Nations League earlier this year, Brazil defeated Australia 3-0 in Melbourne.
