Ruse, Bulgaria, September 11, 2018 – “The heart” of Ruse, the Bulgarian city which will host Pool B matches in the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship 2018, is beating to the rhythm of volleyball.
All the citizens and visitors of the town have the chance to attend a special exhibition of photographs of historical volleyball games between Bulgaria and the teams which are going to play in Ruse – including Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, France and the Netherlands. The Egyptians took the opportunity to have a little walk around the city center and visit the exhibition. The African team took photos with the little mascots from “Prolet” kindergarten as well as with the impressive symbolic construction introducing Ruse as a city of the free spirit.
The derby between France and China will open the programme in Arena Monbat on Wednesday afternoon, before Netherlands play against Canada and Brazil take on Egypt.
