Varna, Bulgaria, June 25, 2018 – The FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship trophy was on display for the public to see at the Palace of Culture and Sports during the Volleyball Nations League matches in Varna last June 15 to 17.
The Bulgarian men’s national team and the fans got their chance to take a photo with the World Championship trophy, and also celebrated when the team bounced back from their loss to France by beating Canada in straight sets and Olympic champions Brazil in five sets.
Bulgaria and Italy are co-hosting the Men’s World Championship from September 9 to 30. Varna and Ruse will host first round matches, while Sofia will host matches in the second round.
